Over the past few years Chinnor Village Hall has undergone considerable refurbishment and can now offer bright, modern and efficient facilities.
Music and drinks licences have been granted, and should you wish to continue dancing the night away past 11.30 pm, all you need to is to apply to South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) for a Temporary Extension
Note(TEN) at least 2-3 weeks before your event. There is a nominal charge of approximately £21.00 payable to SODC.
The new main entrance and foyer gives visitors
the opportunity to relax and maybe purchase a drink at the bar before moving into their hired venue.
Wheelchair access to the new main entrance is via a ramp adjacent to
the glass doors.
The toilet facilities include a fully equipped disabled toilet where you will also find a baby change table.
February 2019 and a complete make-over of the main kitchen so as to replace with the help of a £2,000 grant from Bovis, the very tired

January 2015, saw the refurbishment
project for the Main Hall
completed. The works started mid November 2014, and completed 23rd January, a few short weeks. The builders, Saunders, Bros, Saunderton, High Wycombe not only efficiently carried out by the refurbishment works, but brought
the whole project in on time and within budget. Credit must also go to our Program Manager and Project Leader who with different skill sets, kept the ball rolling.

Since then a sound system has been added plus, generously donated
by an anonymous supporter of Chinnor Villate Hall, acoustic panels have been added to the walls and ceiling.
